久而久電子成立於1982年，負責人兼設計者出生於1956年12月，第一個台灣專利於1976年提出申請，抽水機水位控制器，專利號碼8308號。1978年提出申請電子密碼鎖，專利號碼11803號。1983年代表國家參加比利時國際發明展覽會，榮獲銀牌獎。

The first patent right applicant in 1976 at Taiwan, the patent No.: 8308 - electronic water-level control system; furthermore, in 1978 applicant the patent No. : 11803 - electronic code - lock; in 1983 represent Taiwan to attend the "INTERNATIONAL INVENTION EXHIBITION" where held in Belgium and win the silver-metal badge.
