傑霖科技為一專業 IC 設計公司，成立於 1992 年， 1998 年轉型為專業 IC 設計公司。本公司是由一群專業研發工程師所組成的團隊，主要業務為研發、設計、銷售高品質、高附加價值之積體電路 (IC) ，以提供客戶滿意的產品及全系統解決方案 (Total Solution) 服務為最終目標。

傑霖科技致力於影像與多媒體 IC 的設計與研發，已成功開發多種 PC 週邊控制晶片、多媒體影音控制晶片及客戶委託之應用 IC （如通訊產品、 ASIC 等）研發。針對影像處理技術， JPEG Codec 壓縮及解壓縮技術、 MPEG 4 Codec 系統整合、 TV Encoder 介面技術、 USB 2.0 介面技術及 IDE 介面技術，皆有豐富的開發與整合的成功經驗，並極力推陳出新。
