勝吉達科技有限公司原名「天惠光」，取其承受上天福惠之意，成立於2002年
創辦人游舜日先生，以其採購、製造方面之專長，早期以生產電腦週邊線材、滑鼠、模具設計為主。
公司規模擴大之後，陸續投入研發資金與人員，針對資訊科技趨勢開發一對多、多對一螢幕之軟體與視訊控制器等硬體，以應用於活動、展覽及e-Learning教學、簡報，追求成為「視訊系統領航家」之目標。

TANGTAKE Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. In the beginning, the main business were to produce the equipment of computer peripheral. After expanding the R&D department and devoted to develop the multi-screen and grid screen application hardware and software.
