H？gan？s Taiwan Limited was formed in 1991 and is a wholly owned sales subsidiary of H？gan？s AB, Sweden.
H？gan？s AB is a leading producer of iron and steel powders for powder metallurgy, welding and chemical/metallurgical application, iron oxides for copying machines, gas atomised nickel, iron and cobalt based hardfacing powders and micronised products (e.g. Ferro alloys, heavy metal and tungsten carbide).
The original H？gan？s was established in 1797 to exploit local deposits of coal and clay, which were discovered at the end of the 16th century. Manufacturing of sponge iron by reduction of iron ore from northern Sweden started in 1911. The
