火辣的盛夏終於在上週週末來臨！好男兒倒還不錯，還可以去游泳解暑。因為太熱都不想外出，所以這次他們委派我去超市採購這一週的口糧，還有家裡大米沒了啊
！好吧，又買大米，又買油，買牛奶，買菜，我是速戰速決！可是等我回來，他們中飯已經吃好了！我正在吃飯，突然從房間裡傳來一個聲音，爸爸，快點吃，睡午覺了！啊？總得讓我好好吃飯吧！除了做美食，玩遊戲，看書，畫畫，還觀看世界游泳錦標賽，好男兒看的可起勁了，看看，這就是學游泳的好處吧，以後你也可以遊的那麼結實啊！哈哈！
我沒有記錯的話，我這輩子是從來沒有做過饅頭，以前是我老媽做的，現在都是Cutelady做的，但是美食博客裡的麵食專家可真多，每次被那一個個光潔的饅頭心動，這個說我的饅頭光滑的像臉蛋，那個說光滑的像小孩的屁屁，好吧，那我也試一下。要試驗的時候，發現家裡沒了低筋麵粉，也沒有普通的做饅頭的中筋麵粉，家裡只有全麥麵粉。我做過麵包，知道全麥麵粉做出的麵包毛孔都比較粗大，表面也不會很光潔。但是我一旦決定了要做什麼，就不會改變的，這就是衝動這個惡魔作怪！我按照我對饅頭所瞭解的所有的印象，加上我家Cutelady的“言傳身教”，當然還有我做麵包積累的經驗啊，我居然還比較成功的做出了我人生第一鍋饅頭！童鞋們，這對於煮夫我來說實在不易啊，所以縱然你再挑剔，還是抱以熱烈掌聲以茲鼓勵啊！
原料：全麥麵粉300克 水50克 南瓜泥150克 酵母3克 白糖20克
做法:
1.南瓜清洗乾淨後切成小塊，放在蒸鍋裡蒸20分鐘；
2.從鍋中把南瓜取出後去皮；
3.把南瓜用勺子壓成泥；
4.揉麵的容器裡放入50克溫水；
5.加入3克酵母粉；
6.把酵母粉和水攪拌均勻；
7.加入20克白糖；
8.加入300克全麥麵粉；
9.加入150克南瓜泥。
10.把所有材料揉成光滑的麵糰；揉麵時間大概在20分鐘；
11.在揉麵的時候麵糰已經在發酵，所以揉好面後把麵糰分成50克左右的小劑子；
12.取一個小劑子；
13.放在案板上朝順時針方向滾動；
14.直到把小麵糰滾圓為止；
15.在蒸鍋上刷上一層油；
16.放入剛才做好的小麵糰；
17.蓋上蓋子直到小麵糰發到兩倍大左右；
18.在蒸鍋裡蒸18分鐘後關火5分鐘後開蓋。
一共做了10個饅頭，放在蒸鍋上下兩層正好！
第一次南瓜饅頭的經驗總結：
1.做饅頭和做麵包有相似之處，和麵很重要，面和好了，就成功了80%。
2.一般做饅頭面和水的比例是2比1，但是做南瓜饅頭就很難掌握，因為南瓜裡有很多水分，如果南瓜放的太多，會影響麵粉的筋度，而且越揉麵團越爛，還要不斷往裡面加麵粉，那就慘了，麵糰是和不好了，所以我建議南瓜泥還是要慢慢的加，覺得差不多了就不要加了。
3.雖然我做這個南瓜饅頭看似只有一次發酵，其實在我前面和麵的20分鐘裡，由於是夏天，麵糰還是在發酵的，但最後一次發麵還是必不可少的，就是把滾圓的饅頭髮到兩倍大左右。
4.在給饅頭整形時，如果發現表面褶皺比較多，很難整光滑，可以把平整的一面朝上，用向下包攏的辦法把褶皺整到底部，然後放在案板上滾圓，那樣做出的饅頭才可能會是圓的；
5.用全麥麵粉做饅頭，因為麵粉裡有麥麩，所以要把饅頭揉的很光滑是不大可能的，所以成品比用低筋或者中筋麵粉做的相對要粗糙一些，但從營養上來講，全麥麵粉更加全面；
6.蒸饅頭時間看來也很重要，一般用冷水蒸的話要15到20分鐘就可以了，然後熄火再過3到5分鐘開蓋，讓裡面的溫度慢慢降下來，要不然內外溫差過大，饅頭可能會變形，比如縮水。

Scientists have identified a primitive area of the brain that makesus adventurous -- a finding which may help explain why peopleroutinely fall for "new" products when shopping.
科學家發現，大腦內有一個原始的區域能使我們愛上冒險——這項發現也許可以解釋，為什麼購物時人們總是喜歡買“新”產品。
Using brain scans to measure bloodflow, British researchers discovered that a brain region known asthe ventral striatum was more active when subjects chose unusualobjects in controlled tests.
英國研究人員用腦部掃描儀測量受試者的血流後發現，當人們在受控測試中選擇了不同尋常的物品時，腦部的腹側紋狀體變得更加活躍了。
The ventral striatum is involved in processing rewards in the brainthrough the release of neurotransmitters like dopamine.
腹側紋狀體通過釋放神經傳遞素，例如多巴胺，來完成大腦區域中獎勵認知功能。
Scientists believe the existence of this age-old reward mechanismindicates there is an evolutionary advantage in sampling theunknown.
科學家認為，腦部這種古老的獎勵機制在嘗試未知事物方面有進化優勢。
"Seeking new and unfamiliar experiences is a fundamental behavioraltendency in humans and animals. It makes sense to try new optionsas they may prove advantageous in the long run," said BiancaWittmann of the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging atUniversity College London.
