　　畢業後，由於在競爭招聘中慘遭淘汰，所以我進入了代課教師的隊伍。轉眼間，從事教學工作已經四年了。儘管是一個代課教師，但在教育教學中，我始終抱著一顆全心全意為學生，為家長服務的心來做好學校交給我的任務，我想，就從以下幾個方面來作一下自我評價。
