　　1: Find some English radio stations and podcasts in iTunes

　　1、精泛並舉，範圍要廣。對於比較精彩的文章，要仔細咀嚼，不但要藉助於詞典等工具，對其中的主要詞語、句型、語法進行透徹地分析，還要細細揣摸文章的組織結構及它的言外之意和絃外之音。這也就要求精讀選擇的分量不要大，重在“精”。所謂“泛”，就是大面積地閱讀，在能理解文章內容的前提下，進行廣泛涉獵，不必求甚解，只求擴大眼界：社會科學、歷史、地理、藝術、風土人情、科學技術等都可作為閱讀範圍。這樣，既培養了語感，又增加了文化背景知識，達到紮紮實實提高英語水平的目的。

　　2、儘可能地讀原著文章***著作***。開始直接讀原著，會有較大難度，可以首先閱讀幾本簡寫的小說或故事、英美文學名著，這類簡讀本因保持原作的風格，文字也多出處在原文，可以增加感性認識，培養並增強語感，再逐漸過渡到讀原著，因為原著才是真正的“英語”，通過閱讀它，才進入了地道的英語世界，對語彙、語法、句型及文化背景等的理解和掌握才有了生機。反觀目前國內市面上的一些“閱讀訓練”材料，更多是漢譯英的文字，一則內容熟悉，二則譯文受漢語影響，不利於真正提高閱讀理解能力。

　　3、要持之以恆。英語作為一種語言，從掌握到熟練運用需要一個過程，就像一個人不可能通過三五天的好吃猛吃，就長得膀大腰圓一樣，對英語的學習也貴在堅持。有人算過，閱讀水平中等的人，讀一般的書，每天讀15分鐘，一年就可以讀到20本書。每個人應該根據自己的情況，每天安排一定的時間***如30分鐘***來閱讀。只有通過“細水長流”，才能在英語的學習中取得質的飛躍。當有一天你讀國外名著就像讀《西遊記》一樣輕鬆時，那不是你用某個“技巧”取得的，而是你“滴水穿石”的結果，此時，制約英語水平提高的“瓶頸”才算真正打破。
