　　父母和孩子間的溝通障礙The Communication Barrier Between Parents and Children

　　In China, there is an old saying: every family has their issue, the parents and their children’s problems exist all the time. It seems that parents and their children can never get along peacefully, their communication barrier comes to be obvious since the children come to their adolescence, this situation happens in many reasons.

　　在中國，有一句方言“家家都有本難唸的經”, 父母和孩子間的問題總是一直存在。似乎父母和孩子永遠都不能好好地相處，他們的溝通障礙打從孩子來到青春期就更加的明顯，這樣的情形發生是有很多原因的。

　　On the one hand, the children have come to the adolescence, they desire to be independent and get away from their parents’ protection. The age of adolescence means the children have grown up, they are no more the small kids, they want to make their own decision, so they become rebellious and go against what they parents tell them to do. They do this for the purpose of proving that they are grown-ups.

　　一方面，孩子已經來到了青春期，他們渴望獨立，脫離父母的保護。青春期意味著孩子已經長大，他們不再是小孩子，他們想要自己做決定，所以他們變得叛逆，和父母叫他們去做的對著幹。他們做這些是想要證明他們已經是大人了。

　　On the other hand, most parents take their children as the small kids all the time. In most parents’ eyes, their kids will be always kids, no matter how old they are, the parents still treat their children as the small ones, so they will make every decision for their kids. The parents refuse to accept the fact that their children have grown up and can make their decision, so the communication barrier happens.

　　另一方面，大部分的父母一直把他們的孩子當做小孩子來看待。在大部分父母的眼裡，他們的孩子永遠長不大，無論他們多大，父母仍然當他們的孩子是小時候的孩子，所以他們會為他們的孩子做所有的決定。父母拒絕接受孩子已經長大的事實，自行做決定，所以溝通的障礙才會發生。

　　The communication barrier between children and parents is very family’s problem, the parents should learn to let go gradually and the children can have a nice talk to their parents, thus the problem can better solved.

　　父母和孩子間溝通的障礙是每個家庭的問題，父母應該學著去慢慢放手，孩子應該和他們的父母好好談談，這樣問題才能更好地解決。

　　關心老人的新政策The New Policy of Taking Care of the Aged

　　In China, the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious, in the future, many old people will go to the nursing house, but as the young are busy with their work, how to take care of the old is a big problem. Recently, Holland’s government carries out a policy, if the young go to the nursing house to serve the old for 30 hours a week, then the young will get the free rent of their departments. I think it is a good idea.

　　在中國，老齡化問題變得越來越嚴峻，在將來，很多人們會住進養老院，但是由於年輕人忙著他們的工作，如何照顧老人成為了一個大問題。最近，荷蘭政府實施一項政策，如果年輕人每週到養老院服務30個小時，年輕人租的房子就可以免租金。我認為這是一個不錯的主意。

　　On the one hand, the young can relieve the life pressure from the free rent. Because of the temptation of the free rent, surely the policy will attract more young people to do the work. As the job competition is so intense, many young people have struggled to their life, so they are willing to do the caring work to get the free rent. On the other hand, the old can get the caring from the young. As more young people go to the nursing house to provide the service, the old will be very happy and have someone to talk to.

　　一方面，年輕人能從免費的租金中減輕生活的壓力。由於免費租金的誘惑，當然這項政策會吸引更多的年輕人來從事這個工作。迫於工作競爭是如此的激烈，很多年輕人掙扎於生計，因此他們願意做照料工作，以此來得到免費的租金。另一方面，老人家能從年輕人那裡得到關懷。由於更多的年輕人去養老院提供服務，老人家會很開心，有人可以和他們聊天。

　　Though the policy is put forward in the short time, it provides a new way to solve the aging problem.

　　雖然這項政策提出來的時間不長，但是它給老齡化問題提供了一種新的解決方法。

　　解釋還是沉默?Explain or Keep Silent?

　　People always think that silent is gold, so they like to be silent when they have argument. Nowadays, when we read the amusement news, we can see all kinds of celebrities’ news, many of these are distorted, some celebrities choose to explain, though the media don’t trust them, while some choose to keep silent. In my opinion, we need to explain when misunderstand happens.

　　人們總是認為沉默是金，因此他們喜歡在遇到爭吵時保持沉默。如今，當我們看娛樂新聞的時候，我們可以看到名人們各種各樣的新聞，其中很多都是被扭曲的，一些名人選擇解釋，即使媒體不相信他們，然而一些名人選擇保持沉默。在我看來，我們需要在產生誤會時進行解釋。

　　Some people believe that if they keep silent, all the rumors will disappear one day, at that time, all the things will be solved, things work its own way. But if people don’t make the explanation to others, they will be suspended, people will have bad impression on them, these won’t disappear with the time went by, it only increases.

　　一些人認為如果他們保持沉默，所有的謠言總會在將來某天消逝，在那時候，問題都會得到解決，事情都會回到正軌。但是如果人們不向別人解釋，他們就會受到質疑，人們會對他們有不好的印象，這些不會隨著時間的流逝而消逝，只會加深誤會。

　　Explanation makes things clear, though still some people won’t trust you, when the truth comes out, they will remember you once have made the explanation and will trust what you say since then. Explanation will enhance your charm of your personality.

　　解釋讓事情變得清晰，雖然仍然有一些人不會信任你，但是當真相大白時，他們會記得你曾經解釋過，會從此以後信任你。解釋會增強你的人格魅力。

　　Silence is not always gold, we should explain things when misunderstand happens, in that case, misunderstand won’t spread quickly and affect other people’s judgment.

　　沉默並不總是金，我們應該在誤會發生時進行解釋，那樣的話，誤會才不會快速傳播而影響別人的判斷。
