　　終身學習 Life-long Learning

　　Chairman Mao once said one is never too old to learn, his words have inspired so many people to study all the time. Life-long learning is very necessary today, many teachers have kept studying for they need to refresh their knowledge. For me, I also like to keep life-long learning, the reasons are in the following.

　　毛主席曾經說過活到老，學到老，他的這些話鼓勵了很多人堅持學習。終身學習在今天是很必要的，很多教師就堅持學習，因為他們需要更新知識。對於我來說，我也喜歡保持終身學習，理由如下。

　　On the one hand, the society develops so fast, I don’t want to be kicked out, so I need to keep studying and make myself keep pace with the time. Like the old people, they don’t know how to use computer, some of them learn the computer and some refuse to learn. The result is that the one who doesn’t use computer can’t keep pace with the time.

　　一方面，社會發展很快，我不想要被淘汰，因此我需要保持學習，讓自己與時俱進。比如老人家，他們不知道如何使用電腦，一些老人家學會了電腦，一些拒絕去學。結果就是不用電腦的人無法與時俱進。

　　On the other hand, life-long learning helps me have the passion on life. I am always curious about the new things, so I will want to know them more. If I stop learning, I will stop thinking and feel myself like waiting to die, how terrible it is.

　　另一方面，終身學習能讓我對生活有激情。我總是對新事物充滿好奇，所以我想要了解更多。如果我停止學習，就會停下來思考，感覺自己就像在等死，多麼可怕啊。

　　Life-long learning is necessary for everyone, it is the only way to make us keep pace with the time.

　　終身學習對每個人來說都是必須得，這也是讓我們保持與時俱進的唯一方法。

　　我的實習經驗 My Experience During My Internship

　　Last month, I began my internship as an English teacher, I got so many challenges, it was so hard for me, but at last, I got over them all. Being a teacher is like the turning point of my life, because I find what I want to do in the future, I learn a lot, I can use these experiences to solve my future problem.

　　上個月，我開始了我作為英語教師的實習，我遇到了很多挑戰，那對於我來說很難，但是最終，我全部克服了。成為一名教師是我人生中的轉折點，因為我找到了自己將來想做的，我學到了很多，我可以使用這些經歷來解決我將來的問題。

　　My experience which I learn from my internship is very precious, the first thing impresses me is to respect students. As for teachers, they are elder than the students, it is reasonable for the students to respect the teachers, but sometimes the teachers forget to respect the students. When the teachers respect the students can the students listen to the teachers, thus the students will respect the teacher for their hearts.

　　我在實習期間學到的經驗是很寶貴的，第一件事讓我印象深刻的就是尊敬學生。對於老師來說，他們比學生年長，理所當然學生要尊重他們，但是有時候老師忘記了要去尊重學生。只有當老師尊重學生才能讓學生聽老師的話，這樣學生才會從心底上尊重老師。

　　The second thing I learn from my internship is to teach the student according to their lever. Teachers are easy to let the students follow them all the time, but the fact is that many students can’t understand what the teachers say, the teachers should pay attention to the students’ feelings and adjust their plans.

　　我在實習期學到的第二件事情就是因材施教。老師很容易讓學生總是跟著他們，但是事實上，很多學生無法理解教師所說的，教師應該關注學生的感覺，調整他們的方案。

　　These two things I learn from my internship are very useful for me to be a teacher.

　　這兩樣我從實習期上學到東西對我成為一名教師非常有用。

　　Everybody knows David Beckham who is a famous football player and his wife is also well famous.
