　　Li Ming and I took part in a wilderness survival program yesterday,and it has been one of the most unforgettable experiences since high school.

　　It was clear in the morning. We went to the mountain happily, wearing strong and comfortable shoes, carrying the necessities in the backpacks.We climbed a hill and on the top we saw there was a direction mark at the foot of the hill. Down the hill, following the direction, we came to a river.There were no boats. Luckily, we had learned how to swim in the training class. But we should protect our things in the backpacks from being wet.Fortunately, we found a piece of board. We put our backpacks on the board and swam pushing the board. When getting to the other bank, we took out the compass from the backpack and knew the direction. We walked to the north for about half an hour. At last, we arrived at the campsite, where we set up the tent and made a bonfire.

　　The two of us spent the night in the forest.

　　We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I'll never forget for the rest of my life.

　　Just now, I entered the website--"Topic for Today". I feel interested in the report on banning the use of cell-phones on campus in middle schools. In fact, more students now come to school with cell-phones. My schoolmates have different opinions. Some think it is convenient to get in touch with others with the cell-phone, which also makes you feel safe especially in time of trouble. Besides, it is nice to enjoy various functions of different cell-phones. Others think differently. First, the cell-phone in not a must in school, as there are some IC phones there, making it easy to call others. Second, many often play e -games and send e-massages with their cell-phones, even in class, which will surely have bad effects on their study. Worse is to come, it will result in a great waste of time and money. In my opinion, the cell-phone is a useful tool in our daily life. But it doesn't mean we can use freely in school.

　　There is a beautiful school in the Shanghai West suburbs----Qingpu senior high middle school. She covers an area of simple more than 150 mu. And it is one of the lodge senior middle schools in Shanghai. That is my school, my family.

　　Judging by her system, it is not hard for us to know, every student who studies in the school should live at school. Really so, I live at school all the day.

　　Our school is a modern senior middle school .In each classroom there is a computer which controls a projector. It is the paperless teaching that the teacher attends class. Students dive into it completely.

　　The environment in the school is also the most. There is a river in the school side. And water in river is limpid, in which there is several small fish and some shrimps etc.

　　The gym installations of our school are complete. She not only has a tartan track, a basketball court and a football field, but also has a tennis field ,a shuttlecock field ,a table tennis house and gymnasium etc . Everything needed is there.
