　　1：名詞單複數

　　1.一般情況，直接加-s，如：book-books, bag-bags, cat-cats, bed-beds

　　2.以s. x. sh. ch結尾，加-es，如：bus-buses, box-boxes, brush-brushes, watch-watches

　　3.以“子音字母+y”結尾，變y為i, 再加-es，如：family-families, strawberry-strawberries

　　4.以“f或fe”結尾，變f或fe為v, 再加-es，如：knife-knives

　　5.不規則名詞複數：

　　man-men, woman-women, policeman-policemen, policewoman-policewomen, mouse-mice

　　child-children, foot-feet, tooth-teeth, fish-fish, people-people, Chinese-Chinese, Japanese-Japanese

　　不可數名詞的複數就是原型： paper, juice, water, milk, rice, tea

　　2：毒蛇和小羊

　　毒蛇暗暗地蜷伏在一根木頭下，把整個世界憎恨。蛇的天性本來就如此，除了憎恨沒有別的感情。

　　The snake secretly curled up in a piece of wood, the whole world hates. The snake's nature is so, but there is no other feeling of hatred.

　　一隻小羊在旁邊蹦蹦跳跳地嬉戲，根本不知道這裡有毒蛇藏身。毒蛇悄悄地爬出來，狠狠地咬了它一口。可憐的小羊眼前頓時變得模糊起來，中了毒的血液在全身沸騰。
