法律

法律是由享有立法權的立法機關行使國家立法權，依照法定程式制定、修改並頒佈，並由國家強制力保證實施的基本法律和普通法律的總稱。 法律是統治階級意志的體現和國家的統治工具，可分為憲法、法律、行政法規等，從屬於憲法。截至2019年11月，中國現行有效的法律有275部。
