《鄙視》（Il disprezzo）是義大利作家阿爾貝託·莫拉維亞創作的小說，創作於1950年代，於20世紀中期首次出版。 該小說講述了婚後兩年，丈夫在工作、金錢和理想上受挫，妻子的鄙視是對他最大的懲罰，他時時揣摩原因，卻把妻子越推越遠，一樁原本幸福的婚姻即將崩塌的故事，從側面反映出當代的社會現實和現代人深刻的精神危機。 該小說曾入選《世界報》20世紀百佳圖書，並由導演戈達爾翻拍成電影《蔑視》於1963年10月29日在義大利上映。
