鎮定

鎮定（拼音：zhèn dìng），基本定義是遇到緊急情況不慌亂、不慌張。另有推拿手法名，見《中醫正骨經驗概述》；是指在使用分筋或理筋等手法結束名，保持手法的短暫靜止狀態，以鞏固和加強其展筋定痛等作用的手法；操作方法有兩種，一是用手指和手掌靜壓在患處片刻；二是用手握住患部肢體的遠端，將患部固定在有利於恢復的姿勢。
