雙性戀又名雙性向，一般指能對男性和女性皆產生愛慕感、建立浪漫關係，或認為兩者皆有性吸引力的一種現象；在某些定義中會把當中的“男性或女性”替換成“多於一種性別或社會性別”。它也可定義為不論物件的性別或性別認同如何，都能對其產生愛慕感或認為其擁有性吸引力的一種現象——這種情況可稱為泛性戀。 “雙性戀”概念最早出現於19世紀，發展到1970年代和1980年代，雙性戀開始在西方社會中發展成為明顯的集體和政治認同身份 。目前，雙性戀者因性傾向遭暴力傷害、歧視比例較高，生存狀況仍需要進一步改善。
