痔瘡

痔瘡（Hemorrhoids），或稱痔，是位於肛管的血管組織，是臨床上一種最常見的肛門疾病。英國人Thomson在1975年提出了痔的近代概念：痔是直腸下端的肛墊出現了病理性肥大。 根據發生部位的不同，痔可分為內痔、外痔和混合痔。內痔（Internal hemorrhoid）是肛墊（肛管血管墊）的支援結構、血管叢及動靜脈吻合支發生的病理性改變或移位。外痔（External hemorrhoid）是齒狀線遠側皮下血管叢的病理性擴張或血栓形成。混合痔（Mixed hemorrhoid）是內痔和外痔混合體。
