腰疼

腰疼並不是一個獨立的疾病，而是一種症狀，是指腰部一側或兩側或正中等處發生疼痛之症。常見的腰疼原因多為感受外邪、腎虛精虧、跌年老多病、閃挫撲、氣血淤滯所致，現代醫學所稱之腎病、風溼病、類風溼病、腰肌勞損脊椎及外傷、婦科等疾患。腰疼臨床表現為寒溼型有腰部冷痛、酸脹重著、陰雨天加劇等特徵，溼熱型有口苦煩熱，伴有灼熱感，氣候溼熱時更痛等症狀。腰疼的時候首先要注意改變生活方式，不適宜穿帶跟的鞋，有條件的可以選擇負跟鞋。日常生活中應多睡硬板床，睡硬板床可以減少腰部承受的壓力，減輕疼痛。
