蘿蔔

蘿蔔（學名：Raphanus sativusL. ），十字花科蘿蔔屬植物。 原始種起源於歐、亞溫暖海岸的野蘿蔔，是世界古老的栽培作物之一。高20-100釐米，直根肉質，長圓形、球形或圓錐形，外皮綠色、白色或紅色，莖有分枝，無毛，稍具粉霜。總狀花序頂生及腋生，花白色或粉紅色，果梗長1-1.5釐米，花期4-5月，果期5-6月。蘿蔔雖然味道甘甜，但生蘿蔔會帶著一股很明顯的辛辣味，辛味發散，因此會散氣洩氣。 常規的白蘿蔔燉羊肉都是先燜好羊肉，再放白蘿蔔，這樣口感會更爽。但白蘿蔔需要小火慢燜才能避免破氣，所以選擇和羊肉一起燜煮，這樣更適合體虛人群食用。
