中國大陸（Chinese mainland，或China's mainland），在不致混淆的情況下有時也簡稱大陸或大陸地區，規範的含義是與臺灣地區對應，此外也存在其他兩種概念解釋，即與港澳臺地區相對或與沿海島嶼等對應，各種概念根據使用情況有所不同。在全國的正式統計中並不是一個正式的地理名稱，若要表示不含港澳臺地區則另外特別註明“不含港澳臺地區”，而並不稱中國大陸這一概念。民間常將“中國內地”與“中國大陸”兩個概念混淆，特別是關於港澳特區的表述。
