青花瓷（Blue and White Porcelain），又稱白地青花瓷、青花，是源於中國、遍行世界的一種白地藍花的高溫釉下彩瓷器，是中國陶瓷燒製工藝的珍品，中國瓷器的主流品種之一。 青花瓷生產於唐代，興盛於元代景德鎮，清康熙時期發展到了頂峰。它以含氧化鈷的鈷礦為原料，在陶瓷坯體上描繪紋飾，再罩上一層透明釉，經高溫還原焰一次燒成，具有著色力強、髮色鮮豔、燒成率高、呈色穩定的特點。
