  隨著生活水平的提高導致了肥胖的問題,這已經困擾人們很多年了。肥胖人數日益上升。肥胖伴隨的疾病也已經明顯,如糖尿病,心臟病等。

  Fortunately, more and more people begin to realize the consequences of obesity and hence take various methods to combat it. Some people lose weight by controlling their normal diet or even staying hungry for most of the days. Some adopt operations to get rid of the redundant body fat. Others turn to intensive physical exercises for help.

  幸運的是,越來越多的人開始認識到肥胖的後果,從而採取多種方法來應對它。一些人通過控制正常飲食或者大部分時間保持飢餓感來減肥。一些人通過手術減輕過多的脂肪。其他人求助於加強體育鍛煉。

  As far as I am concerned, the best way to combat obesity is to form a healthy living habit and to preserve. That is to say, obese people should do exercises regularly on the premise that their basic diet is assured. Besides, they should not do a half-hearted job during the period of losing weight.
