  為加強外國留學生安全管理工作,確保留學生在校期間的人身財產安全,制定了公寓相關管理規定,下面小編給大家介紹關於的相關資料,希望對您有所幫助。

  如下

  1.遵守學校的作息制度。

  Observe the timetable for this building.

  2.住宿指定的房間,不得私自遷移或強佔房間.

  International students are required to stay in the assigned rooms. It is not allowed to change rooms or occupy others’ rooms without permission.

  3.學校原則上安排兩人一間,因特殊情況,需要一個人住一間房的,可向管理人員提出申請,在宿舍條件允許的情況下,經批准後,可以入住,但要加付單間房租。學校根據需要可隨時調整二人合住,一人強佔一間房或拒絕二人合住者,視情節輕重,予以紀律處分。凡屬自然空缺的房間,由宿舍管理人員統一安排。

  4.凡已失去我校學生資格者,在規定的期限內離校,逾期校不再提供住房,室內遺留物品,學校有權處理。

  Anyone who has lost the status as a student should leave school within the designated time. Any things left in the room after this designate time can be disposed of by the manager’s office.

  5.不得利用宿舍從事違反法律和學校校規的活動,所住的房間不得私自轉讓、轉租或留宿他人。

  Illegal activities are forbidden. You are not allowed to re-rent your room or let others stay in your room for the night.

  6.保持宿舍內外清潔,維護樓道暢通,不得在窗外懸掛、擺放物品或往窗外投棄物品,不得飼養家禽等寵物。

  Keep the room clean and tidy. Chairs in public places are not to be moved away. Graffiti or sticking things on the wall or the doors are prohibited. Pouring water out of the window or littering is not allowed. Keep the corridor and passage way unblocked.

  7.保持宿舍安靜,不得在宿舍內從事影響他人學習與休息的活動,如跳舞、大聲喧譁、高聲放音樂等。

  Keep quiet in your room. You are not allowed to disturb others. Dancing, speaking loudly and playing loud music are not allowed. Law-breaking activities such as excessive drinking, gambling, drug-addicting, keeping a prostitute are strictly forbidden.

  8.不得損壞、拆卸、改裝宿舍樓內裝置和線路。損壞或遺失公物要賠償。

  It is not allowed to damage or to disassemble the facilities in your room. Any such activity will result in a fine.

  9.注意節約用電,遵守用電規定,室內不得使用500瓦以上電器,如電爐、電暖氣等,超常用電者應按規定交納電費。

  Save electricity. It is not allowed to use any electric appliance exceeding 500watt, such as electric stove or heater. Anyone who uses more electricity than the quotas has to pay the extra fees.

  10.遵守防火規定,嚴防火災。嚴禁無故私自拆取配電箱、消防器材等。室內禁止存放易燃易爆物品。釀成火災者,須賠償一切損失,嚴重者將由司法機關追究刑事責任。

  Prevent fire. Any action resulting in damage or serous accident will result in a fine or face the criminal punishment.

  11.嚴禁燃放煙花爆竹,違者公安機關將處以100-500元人民幣的***或拘留。

  It is not allowed to play the fireworks. Anyone who violates will result in a fine of 100-500 RMB or a detention.

  12.留學生如從校內搬出校外居住,需事先按規定辦理校外住房手續並由公安局變更居留證地址。否則,學校不予遷出,也不退房費。

  Any student who wants to live off campus should apply to the International Student Office and show that the police station has changed the address of the residence permit. Otherwise Manager’s Office will not refund and will not allow the student to move out.

  13.留學生如在校外租房,須按有關規定辦理校外合法租房手續,併到國際交流合作處登記住址。更住新房,應在一週內到國際交流合作處重新登記。

  The international student should go through the pertinent procedure when moving out and report to the international student office about the new address within one week.

  14.宿舍管理人員因工作需要進入房間應給予配合,不得拒絕。更不能私換、私裝鎖具。

  Residents should provide convenience when the hotel staffs need to go into the rooms for the sake of routine check.

  15.宿舍大門關閉時間為:

  星期一…………星期四 23:30

  星期五…………星期日 24:00

  供應熱水時間為:專家樓、留學生公寓24小時

  學生會客時間為:

  星期一…………星期四 12:00-22:30

  星期五…………星期日及節假日 8:30-22:30

  Friday---- Sunday 24:00

  Hot water supply the whole day

  16.留學生公寓的電話費按廣州市電信局公佈的標準收費,以房間為單位,學生本人到服務檯購買中國電信200卡方可使用。

  To use the telephone in your room, resident can contact the front desk and buy China telecom telephone cards.

  17.安全使用煤氣爐,每次用完後,關緊煤氣開關及爐門開關,以免造成事故。如果不慎,造成傷害,後果自負,並賠償經濟損失。

  Use the gas stove safely. Turn off the stove before leaving in order to avoid accident. Anyone who leads to accidents or loss of property will be responsible for the subsequence.

  18.以上各項規定必須認真遵守,如有違反,將視情節輕重給予處罰。

  For a safe and pleasant stay in this building, please observe the above rules and regulations. Any one who violates them may result in a fine.
