　　1. Fully understand and accept all provisions and requirements of the tendering documents.

　　2. The quoted prices are fixed prices which will remain unchanged during the tender period and throughout the term of the contract.

　　3. In case that we win the bids, we will execute contract***s*** with the Bid Inviting Party on the terms and conditions contained in the tendering documents, strictly comply with such contract***s***, make timely delivery, and provide high-quality equipments as well as services for the project; in the event that there exists any quality defect in the contracted equipments, we will repair, replace or refund for such defective equipment as soon as possible, and meanwhile will assume all liabilities resulting from such quality defect.
