　　少年不知勤學苦，老來方悔讀書遲。　我們學習英語口語是要日常積累的，同學們一定要努力哦。

　　1、I love seeing guys work out at the gymbecause they look so macho and masculine.

　　我好喜歡看在健身房運動的男生。他們看起來好健壯，好有肌肉。

　　masculine: 很有男人味的，有肌肉的

　　macho: 比masculine還更有男人味的，有肌肉的

　　2、Your boyfriend is buff! He should be abouncer.

　　你男朋友好壯啊。他可以去酒吧裡當保鏢。

　　buff ***adj.*** 壯碩魁梧的

　　3、Richard is so cut. I can see his six packs through his shirt.

　　Richard 好有肌肉哦。我隔著他的衣服都可以看到他的六塊肌。

　　cut ***adj.*** 非常有肌肉的

　　4、 I've been working out with weight's for months and now I'm ripped.

　　我已經舉重健身好幾個月了，現在我有非常明顯的肌肉。

　　ripped ***adj.*** 非常有肌肉的，可以看到一塊一塊的肌肉與一條條的血管

　　Americans care about the build of their bodies***美國人很重視體魄***。他們欣賞masculine，macho***有男人味、有肌肉的男生***。很多人從小就養成去健身房運動的習慣***work out at the gym***。他們不喜歡pale and flabby***肌肉鬆弛***的男生。

　　Note：

　　hunk與stud都是帥哥，不過他們是有體魄又有男人味。特別是stud，原意是種牛、種馬.

　　面膜就叫做facial mask，那麼眼膜就是eye mask。

　　眼影：eye shadow

　　睫毛膏：mascara

　　脣彩：lip gloss/lip color

　　是的，我想看一些脣膏和眼影。

　　A：We have a beautiful selection of eye shadows this fall. Look at the colors. Aren’tthey beautiful.

　　B：But they’re purple. I prefer a brown set.

　　但都是紫色的，我更喜歡棕色系。

　　A：Why don’t you wear purple eye shadow for a change?We also have lip stick to gowith it.

　　B：Can I try it?

　　那我可以試妝嗎?

　　A：Have a seat, please. Now, here is the mirror. How do you like it?

　　當然，請坐下吧。鏡子在這裡，你看看喜歡嗎?

　　B：Not bad. Actually, it makes me look younger. I like it.
