  在監理工作過程中,我一直嚴格要求自己,認真及時做好監理的本職工作;專業和非專業上不懂的問題虛心向同事學習請教,不斷提高充實自己,希望能儘早獨當一面,為公司做出更大的貢獻.當然,初入職場,難免出現一些小差小錯,這些經歷也讓我不斷成熟,在處理各種問題時考慮得更全面,杜絕類似失誤的發生.在此,我要特地感謝總監和同事對我的入職指引和幫助,感謝他們對我工作中出現的失誤的提醒和指正.

  經過這幾個月的學習,我現在已經能夠獨立處理一些簡單問題,熟悉各種圖紙,對監理分部分項工序作出判斷和認識.當然我還有很多不足,處理問題的經驗方面有待提高,團隊協作能力也需要進一步增強,需要不斷繼續學習來提高自己的能力.

  經過半年的工作與學習,我自感收穫頗豐但還是有很多不足的地方等待我去提高。首先我覺得我的教學設計能力還待高,其次,可能是年輕氣盛吧,在處理教學中有些事情時還過於急噪,需要有更多的耐心。我相信在今後的工作和學習中,經過磨練,我會改善自己的不足,越做越好,全面而不失風格。
