　　日本政府文部科學省獎學金

　　日本政府文部科學省 獎學金是根據日本政府和外國政府的協定而實施的獎學金制度。

　　發放物件為公費外國留學生,支援學業和研究活動的獎學金將直接匯款到發放物件開設的賬戶上。

　　留學結束後，給歸國的公費外國留學生提供從本國所居地到最近的國際機場的2等艙航空票。

　　另外，此獎學金也面向在籍學生進行部分若干名募集。

　　其他民間團體的獎學金

　　對於自費外國留學生，有獨立行政法人日本學生支援機構和民間，地方公共團體實行的獎學金制度。

　　Scholarships

　　There are a variety of scholarships available for international students who require financial assistance. The number of eligible and successful applicants varies according to the scholarship. Recruitment information on the scholarships is posted on the bulletin boards at each faculty and at the Center for Global Partnerships and Education, as well as on the website.

　　獎學金

　　Criteria for Eligible Applicants excluding Japanese Government Monbukagakusho: MEXT scholarships

　　Eligible applicants should meet all of the criteria listed below.

　　The enrollment period in the current course should not exceed the course term period at the time of application. The applicant’s GPA of the previous academic year should meet the required grade point average:

　　Undergraduates: 2.0 and above

　　Graduate students: 2.3 and above

　　The applicant should not be currently receiving or be selected to receive, or have applied for any other scholarships.

　　The annual income of the financial supporter should be less than ¥5,000,000.

　　The applicant’s spouse is not a recipient of a Japanese Government Monbukagakusho: MEXT scholarship or Interexchange Association Japan IAJ, nor a sponsored student of a foreign government.

　　The monthly stipend of the scholarship should not exceed ¥30,000 per month if the applicant’s spouse receives or will receive any scholarship or grant.

　　The applicant should meet all other requirements specified by the sponsor.

　　※The term “spouse” here includes a partner of a de facto relationship.

　　獎學金申請標準日本政府獎學金除外

　　必須滿足以下條件才有資格申請：

　　1.當前課程註冊期在申請的時候不能超過課時。申請人先前學年的平均成績需要達到以下：

　　本科生——2.0及以上;研究生——2.3及以上。

　　2.申請人當前不能享受或將享受或已經申請其它獎學金。

　　3.經濟支助人的年薪在5,000,000日元以下。

　　4.申請人的配偶不能是日本政府獎學金或日本互相交換協會獎學金獲得者，也不能是國外政府贊助的學生。

　　5.如果申請人的配偶享受或即將享受其他獎學金或補貼，申請人每月的獎學金數額不能超過30,000 日元。

　　6.申請人需要滿足贊助人規定的所有其他要求。

　　Application

　　All applicants must follow the application procedures for each scholarship. Applicants at the Tsushima campus or Shikata campus should submit the required documentation to the Center for Global Partnerships and Education of their campus. Applicants at other campuses should submit the required documents to the Academic Affairs Office of that campus. Recruitment information on the scholarships is posted on the bulletin boards at each faculty and at the Center for Global Partnerships and Education, as well as on the website. Please download the application form from the website, and submit the necessary documents to the Center for Global Partnerships and Education by the due date.

　　Late applications cannot be accepted for any reasons.

　　獎學金申請

　　Scholarship Selection Criteria

　　Scholarship candidates applying through the university are selected based on the Scholarship Guidelines for Privately Funded International Students.

　　Scholarship candidates are selected based on: 1. Academic performance; 2. Grade year; 3. Behavior adherence to the immigration control laws and any other rules; 4. Whether or not he/she received any scholarship in the previous year.

　　獎學金篩選標準

　　通過岡山大學申請的獎學金候選人，基於私費國際學生獎學金指南篩選。

　　獎學金候選人的篩選基於學術表現、年級、行為遵守移民控制法和其他規定以及候選人前一年是否享受獎學金。

　　Note

　　Candidates who are waiting for the result of their scholarship application cannot apply for any other scholarship.

　　Please understand that any willfully false statement is sufficient cause for cancellation and return of the scholarship.

　　If you are selected as a recipient of a scholarship for which you have applied directly to the sponsor, please report this to the Center for Global Partnerships and Education. There are serious consequences if it is discovered that you have failed to disclose such information; namely, you will not be able to apply for any scholarship through the university, and you may be asked to return the scholarship you are receiving.

　　1.正在等待獎學金申請結果的候選人不能申請其他獎學金。

　　2.任何有意的錯誤陳述將構成取消和返回獎學金的充足理由。

　　Tuition / Admission Fee Exemption

　　Okayama University has a system for waiving all or half of the admission and/or tuition fees, or postponing the collection of admission fee. This system is available for regular students undergraduate and graduate who have severe difficulty paying their admission and/or tuition fees because of exceptional circumstances, and who are recognized as producing excellent academic results. To apply for this system, please submit an application during the designated period to the Student Support Division.

　　Meiji University International Student Incentive Scholarship Program is a scholarship to provide opportunity to study at Meiji University for young, competent students with financial difficulty from target countries/regions. 　　This program is designed to support promising students from overseas who can contribute to the advancement and globalization of Meiji University's education and research, and to nurture people who will be able to succeed in the international arena.
