　　With the rapid development of modernization, television becomes a necessity in every house. Recently, a research shows that 95% of children form the habit of watching TV for long hours every day, which makes teachers and parents panic, because watching TV for long hours may have very negative effects on the children.

　　The bad influence of watching TV for long hours covers the following points. First of all, there are a lot of illegal programs which may lead the children to the wrong way or form the wrong values. Secondly, with plenty of series to choose from, children become less interested in taking exercises. TV has kept children indoor while they should spend time playing outside. Thirdly, the excessive watching TV can lower the children’s ability to study.

　　看電視的時間長，影響包括以下幾點。首先，有很多非法的節目可能會引導孩子走向歧途或者形成錯誤的價值觀。其次，有太多的電視劇來選擇，兒童變得對練習不那麼感興趣了。當他們應該花時間在外面玩的時候電視卻讓兒童一直留在室內。第三，過度看電視會降低孩子的學習能力。

　　Undoubtedly, it is high time that parents should help the children to deal with the relation with the TV. Also, children ought to do some creative things like reading, singing, painting, and running instead of sitting in front of the TV all day long.

　　毫無疑問，父母是時候應該幫助孩子處理好與電視的關係了。同時，孩子們也應該做一些有創意的事情，像閱讀、唱歌、繪畫，而不是整天坐在電視機前。

　　：旅行的好處

　　Nowadays, more and more people prefer to travel quite often.By traveling, we not only can relax ourselves but also broaden our knowledge circles.From my aspect, I think we can make many friends and travel with them.

　　Secondly, we can make friends by traveling.For most travelers, they tend to find many companions to travel with.If you check the internet, you will find that some people will call others to join them for travel.Through this kind of travel, we can meet many different people and make friends with them to broaden our social circle.

　　第二，在旅遊中能夠交朋友。對於許多旅遊的人來說，喜歡與人結伴同遊。如果你到網上搜一搜，你會發現有很多人都會叫其他人加入他們去旅遊。通過這種方式的出遊，我們能見到各種各樣的人，與他們交朋友，擴大我們的交際圈。

　　Thirdly, we can learn much knowledge form travel.Before you go to somewhere to travel, generally, you need to make plans for your travel.You can find lots of things you don’t know when you make a plan, such as, the origin of a certain area, the customs of different areas, local food and so on.

　　Britney Spears is a hot female singer, when I was very small, she was popular around the world. But the married worked not well, Britney and her husband had many argues and they divorced two year later. During her marriage, Britney was like a crazy girl that was out of control, she shaved her air, some people even witnessed her crying on the street. People thought she would be lost forever, but Britney came back. She focused on her new album, she was becoming popular again. 　　There was a basketball game in our school this afternoon. It was between class 3 and class 6 of grade 2. They are the best teams in our school. When the game started, both of them played actively.

　　I could only see the ball pass quickly from one to another. It was really a wonderful game. At last class 6 won the first prize and class 3 congratulated them warmly. They really embodied the sports spirit of "friendship first, competition second".

　　今天下午我們學校有一場籃球比賽。比賽雙方是高二3班和6班。他們是我們學校最好的兩隻隊伍。當遊戲開始的時候，兩隻隊伍都踢得很積極。
