前臺接待中遇到外國人怎麼說英文，著急??? 10分
say for example .. you are working with ABC Company and your name is Taylor
1ST - within 3 rings must pick up the phone .. use your sweet voice to say
Taylor : "ABC , good afternoon. Taylor speaking" . Simple will do .. but if u want to more politely .. in addition you can say : "how can i help u ...? "
Caller : Hi .. good afternoon .. can you put me to Teddy please ?
Taylor : Yes, Sir. Please hold on the line
Caller : Thank you.
Taylor : Hello , Sir, I m sorry , Mr Teddy is not in , would you like to leave a message ?
Caller : Yup , thanks, can you get him to ring Terry at this number : 12稜4567890
Taylor : Yes, Sir, let me repeat your number .. Terry at 1234567890 Correct ?
Caller " Yup .. thank you ..
Taylor : You are welcome .. Sir .. Bye ..
還有有客人來我們要倒水時 - i don't think you need to say anything ...just 倒水 will do ..

1． 接電話時不可以簡單地回答“Hello”,而應報上自己的公司或所屬單位的名稱。例如：
“Hello, this is Information Desk.”
您好，這裡是問詢處。
“Information Desk speaking. May I help you?”
問詢處，請問您要服務嗎?
2.打錯電話時
如果是外線打錯時，可以回答：
I am afraid you have the wrong number.
不好意思，您打錯電話了。
This is the LI JIA Hotel, 2234-1156.
這裡是麗嘉酒店，電話是2234-1156。
如果是總線轉錯內線時，可以回答：
This is Room Reservations. I’ll transfer your call to Restaurant Reservations.
這裡是客房預約處，我幫您轉接到餐廳預約櫃臺。
I am afraid this is a direct line. We can not transfer your call to the Chinese Restaurant Could you dial 2234-1156, please.

3.當負責的工作人員不在時

美國人：“Can you speak english？” 你會（能）說英語嗎？
前臺小姐：“If I not speak English， I am speaking what？”丁/我不是說英語我說的什麼？
美國人：“Can anybody else speak english？” /有人會說英語嗎？
前臺小姐：“You yourself look.all people are playing， no people have time， you can wait， you wait，you not wait，you go！” /你自己看看，所有人都在玩（在做事情），沒人有時間，你能等就等，不能等就滾蛋。
美國人：“Good heavens. anybody here can speak English？” /天啊，難道這裡沒人會說英語？
前臺小姐：“Shout what shout， quiet a little，you on earth have what thing?” /叫什麼叫？小聲點，你來地球幹嘛來了？
美國人：“I want to speak to your head.”/（看來美國人之前還是聽懂了，這句最搞笑）我要找你們領導（有種被耍的感覺）
