遠足

遠足（Tramp），亦稱作徒步、行山或健行，並不是通常意義上的散步，可以理解為“長途步行運動”，也包含“翻山越嶺的長途步行”。也不是體育競賽中的競走專案，而是指有目的的在城市的郊區、農村或者山野間進行中長距離的走路鍛鍊，徒步也是戶外運動中最為典型和最為普遍的一種。由於徒步行走活動比較簡單，不需要太講究技巧和裝備，經常也被認為是一種休閒的活動。
