精液

精液（semen）指雄性動物或人類男性在射精時（通常處於性高潮狀態），從尿道中射排出體外的液體。正常精液是一種黏稠的液體混合物，由精子和精漿組成，精漿佔精液體積的90%以上。精子由睪丸產生，在附睪內成熟，透過輸精管道輸出。精漿主要是前列腺、精囊腺和尿道球腺等附屬腺體分泌的混合液，還包括少量睪丸液、附睪液等。精漿中除了含有大量水、果糖、蛋白質和多肽外，還含有多種其他糖類（如葡萄糖）、酶類（如前列腺素）、無機鹽和有機小分子，可為精子提供營養和能源。平時，精子和精漿各組分“各安其位”，在排精過程中，精子和精漿混合構成精液。
