天壇公園（Temple of Heaven），原名“天地壇”，位於北京市東城區天壇內東里7號，始建於明永樂十八年（1420年），明嘉靖九年（1530年）改名為“天壇，是明清兩代皇帝“祭天”“祈谷”的場所，總面積273公頃，是中國現存最大的古代祭祀性建築群。 天壇始建於明永樂十八年（1420年），朱棣用工十四年與紫禁城同時建成，名叫天地壇。清乾隆、光緒帝重修改建後，才形成天壇公園的格局，2007年5月8日，天壇公園被國家旅遊局評為國家AAAAA級旅遊景區。 北京天壇建築處處展示中國古代特有的寓意、象徵的藝術表現手法，天壇還有一大特色，就是它將建築與聲學進行了絕妙的結合，迴音壁、三音石、圜丘的建造中，都對聲學進行了精妙運用，被公認為三大聲學奇蹟。
