《中庸》是儒家經典著作，“四書”之一，宋元以後學校官定為教科書和科舉的必讀書。 《中庸》原屬《禮記》，由戰國時孔子嫡孫子思所作。全書3568字，共33章，其內容肯定“中庸”是道德行為的最高標準，認為“至誠”則達到人生的最高境界，並提出“博學之，審問之，慎思之，明辨之，篤行之”的學習過程和認識方法。 書中的金句：天命之謂性，率性之謂道，修道之謂教。
