芝士蛋糕（cheese cake），又名乳酪蛋糕、乳酪蛋糕，是一款傳統及常見的西式麵點蛋糕，起源於古希臘，質地軟綿、口感溼潤，每100克芝士蛋糕中含有350大卡的熱量，可以營養神經、促進新陳代謝，但是攝入過量可能會引發熱量堆積，形成肥胖現象，容易引發高脂血症，減肥人群不宜食用。 芝士蛋糕以芝士、雞蛋、牛奶等為原料，做法是將芝士加入牛奶，隔水攪拌、融化，加入黃油攪拌融化，蛋黃中放入芝士，攪拌均勻，篩入低筋麵粉，用打蛋器攪拌，加入蛋白打發，打發好後放進烤箱烘烤即可。
