會計人員（accounting personnels）舊時稱櫃吏。從事會計工作的專職人員。從事會計工作的人員必須取得會計專業技術資格考試，擔任會計職務應當透過相應級別的會計專業技術資格考試或號評。如擔任單位會計機構負責人(會計主管人員) 的，除取得會計從業資格證書外，還應當具備會計師以上專業技術職務資格或者從事會計工作3 年以上經歷; 擔任總會計師應當在取得會計師任職資格後主管一個單位或者單位內一個重要方面的財務會計工作不少於3 年。
