所以我們要阻止霧霾的蔓延。可是該怎麼做呢？

一；霧霾來源於像卡車，各個單位的班車等行駛時排放出的氣體。

二；也希望各位廠長，不要因為一時的貪婪而矇蔽了雙眼，導致工廠進行二次汙染。

三；還有大家不要因為冬季一時的寒冷而開空調等各種取暖器。因為這樣會是它們排放出CU2等汙染物。

四；實際上，家庭裝修中也會產生粉塵“霧霾”，在房間裡四處瀰漫。對工人和用戶都有危害。所以希望大家不要過於裝修。

上面教署了讓我們如何阻止霧霾。下即將要講的是如何防禦霧霾。

一；如果遇到霧霾，儘量不要出門宅家裡。就算出門也要帶上口罩，以防萬一。

三最好不要去公共場所，並且要多多保持室內空氣流暢。

四；飲食注意要清淡，少吃蔥、蒜、辣椒等刺激性食物，多吃檸檬、橙子、白菜、土豆、牛奶、雞蛋、菠菜等增加維生素和蛋白質。

最後提醒大家珍愛生命，遠離霧霾。

同學們，這幾天，我們議論最多的話題就是：霧霾。霧霾就像地球的不速之客，這段時間，總是出現在我們的周圍，影響了我們的學習生活，還危害著人們的健康。
