火龍果（學名：Hylocereus undulatus britt ）是仙人掌目仙人掌科植物。 其分枝多數，延伸，葉片稜常翅狀，邊緣波狀或圓齒狀，深綠色至淡藍綠色，骨質；花漏斗狀，於夜間開放；鱗片卵狀披針形至披針形，萼狀花被片黃綠色，線形至線狀披針形，瓣狀花被片白色，長圓狀倒披針形，花絲黃白色，花柱黃白色，漿果紅色，長球形，果臍小，果肉白色、紅色。種子倒卵形，黑色，種臍小。7-12月開花結果。分佈中美洲至南美洲北部，世界各地廣泛栽培，藉氣根攀援於樹幹、岩石或牆上，海拔3-300米。
