孔子（公元前551年9月28日-公元前479年4月11日），別稱孔夫子，子姓，孔氏，名丘，字仲尼，祖籍宋國慄邑（今河南夏邑），出生於魯國陬邑（今山東曲阜），是中國古代著名的思想家、教育家，儒家學派創始人，被後尊為孔聖人、至聖、至聖先師等，“世界十大文化名人”之首。 他開創私人講學的風氣，孔子曾受業於老子，帶領部分弟子周遊列國十四年，晚年修訂《詩》《書》《禮》《樂》《易傳》《春秋》六經。孔子去世後，後人把孔子及其弟子的言行語錄和思想記錄下來，整理編成儒家經典《論語》。 孔子主要思想主張：“仁”（孔子的思想核心）、“德”（以德教化人民）、“禮”（以禮治理國家）。
