白雲，女，漢族，1960年12月生，山西五臺人，1976年12月參加工作，1979年12月加入中國共產黨，中國人民大學工商管理學院工商管理專業畢業，碩士研究生學歷，工商管理學碩士學位。 曾任山西省委常委、統戰部部長。 2016年10月19日，因受賄罪判處有期徒刑十二年，並處沒收個人財產人民幣200萬元。
