壓抑

壓抑，指個體將一些不被自我所接納的衝動，念頭等，在不知不覺中被抑制到無意識中，或把痛苦的記憶，主動忘掉排除在記憶之外，從而免受動機衝突，緊張及焦慮的影響。壓抑能起到減輕暫時焦慮的作用，但不是完全消失，而是變成一種潛意識，從而使人的心態和行為變得消極和古怪起來。
