《未完成》是孫燕姿的第六張音樂專輯，由華納唱片發行於2003年1月10日，共收錄11首歌曲。整張專輯除了由李偲菘、李偉菘、包小柏3位製作人擔綱製作之外，孫燕姿首次以歌手兼製作人的角色完成了《永遠》、《休止符》兩首歌曲。
