窨井蓋

城市建設中會有好多地下管道，比如下水道、地下煤氣管道、自來水管道、電力管道、通訊管道、國防管道等，這些管道每隔一段要有一個通向地面的出口，由管道到地面的這一段稱為窨井，窨井口通常與地面平齊，因此需要一個蓋子，用來蓋窨井的蓋子，叫窨井蓋。窨井蓋通常用鋼筋水泥、金屬、強化塑膠等材料製成，形狀以圓形和方形為主。在窨井蓋上，一般要註明井下管道的用途和管養單位及電話等資訊。 2020年4月，最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院、公安部聯合釋出的《關於辦理涉窨井蓋相關刑事案件的指導意見》規定，盜竊、破壞窨井蓋行為可依法以故意傷害罪、故意殺人罪定罪處罰。
