瘧疾（拉丁語：Malaria，俗稱：打擺子、冷熱病）是一種會感染人類及其他動物的全球性寄生蟲傳染病，主要流行地區包括非洲中部、南亞、東南亞及拉丁美洲。 其病原瘧原蟲隸屬囊泡藻界，藉由蚊子散播。感染瘧疾後往往會引起發燒、畏寒、疲倦、嘔吐和頭痛，在嚴重的病例中還會引起黃疸、癲癇發作、昏迷或死亡。
