胸肌

胸肌就是胸部的肌肉，由左右兩部分構成，又稱胸大肌。胸大肌（pectoralis major）通常稱為胸肌，成扇型。位於胸廓的前上部，起自鎖骨內側半，胸骨和第1~6肋軟骨，肌束向外側集中，止於肱骨大結節嵴。 胸大肌可以透過仰臥飛鳥、胸部肌肉鍛鍊法等方法鍛煉出來。發達的胸肌是男人性感特徵的重要組成部分。
