狼犬（學名：Saarloos）， 別稱狼狗、牧羊犬，狼犬並不是由野狼與家犬雜交所得，與混血狼有區別。當前國內外品種有德國牧羊犬（黑背）、中國長毛狼犬等。因外表像狼而得名。 狼狗幼犬眼睛成藍黑色，雙耳大而直立，向中間靠攏，兩耳間距與兩眼間距基本相同，耳垂延伸至與眼平行。成年黑狼犬整體視覺感偏瘦，毛短密光亮。尾巴細長短毛，筆直不彎曲。下顎骨發達，嘴部粗壯寬大，眼眶深陷，眉骨高，從顱骨至兩眼間有一道溝槽，毛色光亮，肌肉發達，爪長。
