龍舌蘭酒

龍舌蘭酒（Agave Spirits），別稱墨西哥的靈魂，是一款蒸餾酒，發源於墨西哥，墨西哥國酒，屬於烈性酒，酒精度在40度左右。銀色龍舌蘭酒體清澈、透明，金色和微陳龍舌蘭口感豐富、飽滿。陳年龍舌蘭酒帶有橡木的芬芳。 龍舌蘭酒以龍舌蘭為原料，製作方法是將採收的龍舌蘭葉片取下，再將中心部分運回釀酒廠煮熟切塊、壓碎榨汁，最終發酵並兩次蒸餾得到最終的酒液。其種類有Mezcal、Tequila、Raicilla等，可用來當做基酒調製雞尾酒，或搭配鹽和青檸飲用，也可以直接純飲或者加冰享用。 大約在1530年，一位名叫Cristobal de Onate的西班牙軍官將白蘭地工藝應用於pulque。他將結果命名為“vino-mescal de tequila”，1600年西班牙貴族Pedro Sánchez de Tagle建立了第一家龍舌蘭酒廠。
