既視現象（The apparent phenomena），又名既視感、海馬效應，是一種生理現象，指沒有經歷過的事情或場景彷彿在某時某地經歷過的似曾相識之感。 腦科學界普遍認為這是因為記憶的儲存出現了短暫的混亂，導致大腦把剛得到的資訊當成了久遠的回憶，所以這種情況多半是在人們感到疲倦、壓力，或是被不熟悉事物環繞的情況下出現，因為此時大腦無法一一處理接收來的資訊量。從醫學角度解釋，成因是左右腦的資訊處理不協調。
