妄想症（Delusional Disorder）又稱妄想性障礙，是一種精神病學診斷，指“抱有一個或多個非怪誕性的妄想，同時不存在任何其他精神病症狀”。 妄想症患者沒有精神分裂症病史，也沒有明顯的幻視產生，但視具體種類的不同，可能出現觸覺性和嗅覺性幻覺。儘管有這些幻覺，妄想性失調者通常官能健全，且不會由此引發奇異怪誕的行為。
