昨天三個人吃好晚飯,Vincent看Cutelady給他買的兒童叢書，我說，我都好久沒看書了，我也拿本來看看，我從書房拿了一本大學的英語精讀課本，我說，我給你們讀個故事吧，我邊讀英語，邊給你們翻譯啊！這是個有關龐貝城的故事。Vincent說，我看過這個故事了。哦，是嗎，不過，我的這個故事更加詳細，更加生動好聽啊！確實，文章用鮮活的語言向我們展示了龐貝城在火山爆發前的最後一天的全副畫。城市一片繁榮的景象，人們快樂地生活，麵包房裡的麵包師還在做著各式可口的麵包，而這一切都被突如其來的火山爆發全部給毀了，很是震撼啊！
講完故事，三個人就坐不住了，幹什麼呢？好吧，咱們就玩“打架”遊戲吧。Cutelady問他，你幫誰。他點了點Cutelady說，你！好吧，我就孤軍作戰了啊哈哈！說實話，我怎麼都覺得自己和Cutelady的心理年齡和我家好男兒差不多，是不是其實所有的人都這樣，內心都是個長不大的孩子，總是喜歡玩一些幼稚的遊戲啊呵呵！
夏天來了，大家吃好晚飯散好步，都喜歡吃點冰鎮的甜品。我家Cutelady做的最多的是銀耳湯。晚飯後三個人玩好，就從冰箱裡拿出冰鎮過的銀耳湯吃起來。除了銀耳湯，在夏天我家主打的甜品還有赤豆或者是綠豆湯。因為是甜的，所以我家好男兒Vincent都喜歡吃。
今天Tony準備用紫薯，南瓜和銀耳給大家做一道甜品，銀耳和南瓜的都是非常有營養,這是眾所周知的了,可是對於紫薯很多人都不怎麼了解。它除了具有普通紅薯的營養成分外，還富含硒元素和花青素。花青素對多種疾病有預防和治療作用，被譽為繼水、蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物、維生素、礦物質之後的第七大必需營養素。花青素是目前科學界發現的防治疾病、維護人類健康最直接、最有效、最安全的自由基清除劑，其清除自由基的能力是維生素C的20倍、維生素E的50倍。所以經常吃紫薯有很好的養生保健的功效，說它能抗衰老也是非常有道理的。那我們趕緊來做這道甜品吧。
原料：銀耳 紫薯 老南瓜 冰糖
做法：1.紫薯洗乾淨後削去皮。
2.把紫薯切成小丁備用。
3.老南瓜洗乾淨後直接切成小丁備用。
4.銀耳最好能隔夜浸泡好。
5.把銀耳黃色的蒂頭用剪刀剪去，否則會影響口感。
6.在高壓鍋內，放入銀耳，可以多加點水，至少沒過銀耳的三倍吧。蓋緊鍋蓋，
燒到高壓鍋發出撲哧的聲音時改中小火燒五分鐘。
7.過一段時間高壓鍋可以打開後再加入南瓜，中火燒5分鐘，不用蓋緊鍋蓋。
8.接下來放入紫薯丁繼續中火燒5分鐘。
9.加入冰糖直至其融化就可以出鍋了。
涼了後再放入冰箱冷藏再拿出來吃就非常過癮了啊。
當然，如果你胃不好的話，完全可以喝熱的啊！
有人說，自己買的銀耳也浸泡過了，而且高壓鍋裡煮了很久怎麼就是煮不爛呢？哈哈，我也買到過那樣的銀耳，說明那銀耳品質差，和你的方法真沒有關係，好的銀耳即使浸泡的時間不久，也能燉出膠質來。
這裡要強調一下，這款甜品裡的南瓜不是炒菜的綠色的南瓜，是已經變成黃顏色的老南瓜啊呵呵！老南瓜的皮很有營養，所以吃老南瓜沒有人去皮。
