今天專門給烘陪新手推薦一款餅乾。也是我近期的最後一篇餅乾博文。學做烘陪，我建議大家就從做餅乾開始，因為餅乾是沒有半點技術含量的，唯一遇到的問題是餅乾的造型。可能很多新手會去買一些做餅乾的模具，但是有些有圖案的也不一定好用，再說模具也就那麼幾款，早晚會讓人黔驢技窮啊，所以我們要使用自己的腦子，那裡點子無數啊。我們完全可以用身邊的工具做出鮮活的餅乾造型。今天就做一款樹形餅乾，裡面放了芝麻，營養增加了不少啊。相比你外面買的，真的是健康好幾倍啊。
原料：黃油60克 白糖40克 鹽2克 雞蛋一個 熟黑芝麻兩勺 低筋麵粉125克
做法：
1.黃油室溫軟化後用電動打蛋器打散；
2.加入白糖和鹽繼續打發均勻；
3.分7次左右慢慢加入蛋液，打蛋器不斷攪拌讓其和黃油融合；
4.加入過篩的麵粉；
5.加入炒熟的黑芝麻攪拌均勻揉成團；

6.把麵糰放入保鮮膜裡擀成半釐米左右厚的薄片放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘；
7.撕掉保鮮膜，用刀切出三角形；
8.再用邊角料做個樹幹子粘在下面；
9.烤箱預熱180度，烤盤入中層烤15分鐘就可以了。
要點：
1.新手做餅乾記得慢慢來要有耐心，特別是雞蛋液加入到黃油裡面的時候，要一點點加，至少分5次加入，而且邊加邊用電動打蛋器攪拌，防止出現油水分離現象；
2.加入冰箱冷藏是因為和好的面由於含油高，麵糰有點稀，不容易擀開，但是冷藏後再操作就簡單了；
小孩子平時總要吃點零食，與其到外面買不放心的，不如自己做吧。
今天烤的顏色剛剛好，味道自然不用我說了。
這是我家好男兒晚上看動畫片的小零食，來點牛奶水果什麼的，他最喜歡了。
