昨天晚上在我兒子Vincent看動畫片前，我說，“爸爸昨天給貧困山區的小朋友設計了一份免費午餐菜譜，就是我們幾天前吃的咖哩蓋澆飯。”他說，“什麼是免費午餐啊？”我說，“這你就不知道了吧，在我們國家還有一些貧困地區的孩子中午卻吃不上飯、吃不飽飯、吃不好飯呢，我給你看看這個視訊。”其實是一首公益歌曲，就是我昨天博文裡放的，叫“飯”，看了畫面，很多人真的會流淚。我說，“你看，那邊的孩子多不容易啊，每天還要走一兩個小時到學校呢，中午連飯都吃不飽。”我說，“你以後可以把你看完的書，給那些小朋友寄一些去，他們可愛讀書了啊！”他說好的。是啊，其實這個社會很多人變得越來越冷漠，我們有時都不會感動了，但是有時候比感動更重要的還是行動。行動不在大小，而在於發出自己的一點聲音，人越多，聲音越大，那些孩子們就可以受到更多的關注，得到更多的幫助。
又是週末，我們可以用更多的時間鑽研美食來和家人一起分享。今天給大家打造一碗美味無敵的咖哩雞翅。先來說說雞翅。雞翅又名雞翼、大轉彎。肉少，皮富膠質。又分“雞膀”“膀尖”兩種。雞膀，連線雞體至雞翅的第一關節處，肉質較多；雞翅有溫中益氣、補精添髓、強腰健胃等功效，雞中翅相對翅尖和翅根來說，它的膠原蛋白含量豐富，對於保持面板光澤、增強面板彈性均有好處。但是還是那句話，什麼東西好吃都不可以吃多或者經常吃，有的小孩經常吃雞翅，一次幾吃四五個，那樣肯定是沒有好處的，畢竟雞都是養殖場裡出來的，不是農家自己養的土雞啊。
那麼今天做的咖哩雞翅為什麼可以美味無敵，做這道菜有哪些黃金法則呢？先來看做法：
原料：雞中翅
調料：橙子 檸檬 咖哩粉 鹽 生薑 大蒜 料酒
做法：
1.買來的冷凍雞翅先用冷水浸泡三個小時左右，中間換三次水，洗去裡面的雜質；
2.在雞翅背面劃上幾刀；
3.擠半個橙子進去；
4.擠三四滴的檸檬汁；
5.加入適量的大蒜泥和生薑碎；
6.加入適量的料酒攪拌均勻後蓋上保鮮膜入冰箱醃製至少3個小時；
7.熱鍋後加入一點點油，放入雞翅；
8.中小火煎雞翅到出油；
9.加入一碗水沒過雞翅；
10.倒入剛才醃製雞翅的汁水；
11.加鹽調味，加入咖哩粉小火煮15分鐘左右；
12.大火收汁就可以出鍋了。
美味無敵咖哩雞翅的五條黃金法則
1.買來的冷凍雞翅要先浸泡解凍，通過浸泡還能去除雜質和裡面少量的血水；
2.雞翅要入味，記得在背面劃幾刀，也可以快熟；
3.雞翅醃製步驟不能少，一來去腥，二來可以讓雞翅更入味，醃製的時間要長一點，最好在三個小時左右；
4.今天這款雞翅醃製的時候加了半個橙子和幾滴檸檬，所以白糖就不用放了，不僅去腥，而且可以讓雞翅有果香的味道；
5.醃好後記得要把雞翅用一點點油煎一下，把多餘的油逼出一部分，可以讓成品更香；
一口咬下去，多汁！咖哩的味道，誰都愛啊哈哈！
再好吃也不能貪吃啊，適量就好！

十一屆全國人大五次會議於3月14日閉幕。閉幕後，國務院總理溫家寶在人民大會堂三樓金色大廳與採訪十一屆全國人大五次會議的中外記者見面，回答記者提出的問題。以下為溫家寶答問實錄：
臺灣《中國時報》記者：我想今天請教的問題是在過去四年兩岸實現了三通直航，有關人民往來和經貿交流合作取得了歷史性的高峰。過去臺灣媒體評價認為，過去四年大概是兩岸關係60年來最穩定、最和平發展的四年。未來四年可能要延續這樣發展機遇。在今年政府最後任期一年裡面，您所期待兩岸文化交流前景是什麼樣的狀況？在去年6月份，您提到過有關《富春山居圖》的情況，在臺灣展出，不曉得您當時的心情是什麼樣的？今天大家很關心在明年3月你退休以後有沒有可能到臺灣自由行？
溫家寶：我已經連續10年在這個場合談臺灣問題了，每一次心情都很不平靜。我很高興地看到，去年兩岸同胞交往更頻繁，感情更融洽，關係更緊密。九二共識的政治、經濟、文化和民意基礎更牢固。如果說在本屆政府最後一年，在促進兩岸關係和平發展，特別是在加強經貿關係方面再做一點什麼實事。我首先考慮的是，要加快ECFA的後續談判。在加強兩岸經貿交往當中特別要照顧臺灣中小企業、特色產業和基層群眾的利益，尤其是中南部群眾的利益。
兩岸的金融合作會有進一步的發展，包括推進銀行結算體系的合作，鼓勵雙邊銀行相互參股，為支援經貿合作發揮金融的作用。對於臺資在大陸的企業，我們要給予特別的關心，創造條件幫助他們轉型升級、擴大內銷市場。
我2010年在這裡講了《富春山居圖》的故事，精誠所致，金石為開。我高興地得知，這幅分離很久的《富春山居圖》終於在臺北合璧展出，這反映出中華文化具有強大的向心力和震撼力。我雖不能至，但心嚮往之。我常想，難道幾千年的文化恩澤就不能消弭幾十年的政治恩怨？我真誠希望兩岸進一步加強文化交流和人員往來。
至於我在退休以後能不能到臺灣去自由行，坦誠地講，我願意去，但是還得看條件。不過請你轉達對臺灣人民的問候。我想起了臺灣割讓以後，臺中有一位詩人叫林朝崧，他曾經寫過一句詩，叫“情天再補雖無術，缺月重圓會有時”。我相信，只要全體中華兒女共同努力，祖國統一和民族振興的大業一定能夠實現，這是整個中國人的驕傲。謝謝。
China Times: Over the past four years, the two sides of theTaiwan Straits have achieved three direct links and direct flights.Business exchanges and people-to-people contacts across the TaiwanStraits have reached an unprecedented level. Some people in Taiwansay that the past four years have probably been the most stable andpeaceful period in the development of cross-straits relations overthe past 60 years or so. And we expect this good momentum tocontinue in the following four years. In your last year in office,what do you hope to see in the cross-straits cultural exchanges?Last June, the painting of the Fuchun Mountain that you oncereferred to was put on display in Taiwan. How did you feel then? Weare very interested in learning if you plan to visit Taiwan as atourist after you retire in March next year.
Wen Jiabao: This is the 10th consecutive time for me to addressthe Taiwan question on this occasion, and each time I do so, strongemotions well up inside me. I am happy to see that over the pastyear compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Straits have enhancedtheir exchanges and become closer to each other. The political,economic and cultural and social foundation for the "1992Consensus" and the cross-straits relations has become stronger. Youasked me in the last year of its term of office, what concretesteps will this government take to promote peaceful development ofcross-straits relations, and in particular to enhance the businessties between the two sides. The first thing that comes to my mindis that we will accelerate the follow-up negotiations of theEconomic Cooperation Framework Agreement. In expanding businessties between the two sides, we will pay particular attention toaccommodating the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises,vulnerable industries, and ordinary people in Taiwan, particularlythose in central and southern Taiwan.
At the same time, we will promote cross-straits financialcooperation. We will promote cooperation on the bank clearingsystem, and encourage banks of the two sides to acquire stakes ineach other so that banks will be able to play their due roles inboosting economic cooperation and trade between the two sides. Wewill pay particular attention to the development of Taiwan-investedenterprises on the mainland. We will create conditions to help themachieve upgrading and expand the local market.
In 2010, I told the story about the painting of the FuchunMountain here. I believe that with utmost sincerity no difficultyis insurmountable. I'm encouraged to learn that the two pieces ofthis painting, which had been apart from each other for so long,were finally put together on display in Taipei. This shows that theChinese culture has strong cohesiveness and inspiration. I wish Icould have been able to go and see the painting for myself. Icannot help but ask why cannot the nourishment of our commoncultural bond that has stretched several thousand years resolve ourpolitical grudges that have lasted just several decades. It is mysincere hope that the two sides will work together to promotepeople-to-people and cultural contacts.
You asked me if I would like to take a tour of Taiwan afterretirement. Honestly, I would love to go if conditions permit.Please convey my greetings to the compatriots in Taiwan. At thismoment, I recall a poem written by a poet from central Taiwan bythe name Lin Chaosong. He wrote the poem shortly after Taiwan wasceded. The poem reads, "There is no way to heal the wound in myheart, but there will be a day when the half moon becomes fullagain." I believe that with joint efforts of all compatriots of theChinese nation, we will achieve the reunification andrevitalization of the country. And that is something that allChinese can take pride in.
